A native Floridian, Alan grew up in South Florida before attending the University of Florida, where he earned his degree in Political Science. In 1999, he and his wife, Gina, made the move to Ocala with their two sons, drawn by the area’s unspoiled landscapes, natural beauty, and welcoming community.
In addition to his work as a Realtor®, Alan is a Florida State Certified Appraiser, a credential that provides him with a deeper understanding of property values and market trends. This dual expertise allows him to guide buyers and sellers with confidence, precision, and integrity.
